This is a portion of a set of fourteen cast iron treads, with embossed diamond surface and manufacturer's trademark. Treads are wedge shaped with cylindrical mount at radius point. Painted orange, red, and gray. Inscriptions: 30 RAD . R . H . 16. The manufacturer is Duvinage Spiral Stair Division, Hagerstown, MD.
